Two sections answer two different questions. Reports are about people: who earned how much, what has been paid out and what was done in each repair. Statistics are about the shop: how much was booked in, done and handed over, where repairs are stuck and what the service kept.
Reports: four tabs
At the top are the tabs "By technician", "By manager", "Jobs", "Payouts" and the period: "This month", "Last month", "Year to date" or your own dates. The reports count repairs handed over in the period and paid in full.

By technician — for each: repairs, work amount, paid, rate and share. Click a name for the breakdown: job, estimate line, amount, part cost, "Counts" and credited.
By manager — the same for those who handled the customer; a name leads to the "Jobs" tab filtered by that person.
What is credited
A technician gets his rate on the estimate lines where he did the work, and on the base price of the repair if he is the job's technician. Labour counts in full, a part from stock only by its markup (price minus cost). A manager gets his rate on the paid amount of his jobs.
Rates are set in the Pay rates list and assigned to a person on their card — separately for the technician and the manager role.
Payouts
For each person: credited in the period, paid in the period and still owed at its end. On the right is "Record a payout": to whom, amount, date, what for. Below is the list of payouts for the period; a mistaken one can be deleted.
Jobs
Repairs handed over in the period: job and handover date, device and customer, what was done — the base and the estimate lines, technician and manager, amount and payment. A filter by technician (including lines he did) or manager shows as a label with a cross.
Branch statistics
For the period: booked in, done, not repaired, handed over, amount, received. Right now, regardless of the period: in progress, waiting for parts, in storage. On the right, "Where the jobs are now": how many jobs are in each status.
Below is "Revenue and profit" per branch: repairs, revenue, parts (cost from stock), staff (shares), profit and margin. This block is visible to those who can see reports on all staff.
CSV export
The "CSV" button at the top of the page exports what is on screen: the statistics for the period or the open report tab. The file opens straight in Excel.
Who sees what
Without the right to see reports on everyone, a person sees only themselves: their lines, their repairs, their payouts. Recording payouts is a separate right.
What to do with it
The "Payouts" tab for a month is the basis for pay, "Jobs" answers "for what", and the statistics for the same month are a reason to check whether something is piling up in one status. Most often it is waiting for parts: then look at the orders.
